Jimmy Mosley and Charlie Goodnight established G & M Catering in 1963. Over the years G&M Catering became the most well known catering company in central Texas.

When the original owners passed away, Mrs. Mosley sold the company to Charles Wells and Bryan Baugher. Both of these gentlemen have many years of experience in the food industry, and a concrete understanding of the catering business. They also understand the importance of tradition. Therefore, they retained the entire staff, including Bill Mosley (son of Jimmy), all of the great recipes and maintained the quality of service that has made G & M Catering an Austin Tradition.

G & M Catering is known in the business as a "Full-Service" caterer. This means that, in addition to the food, we can provide our clients with anything needed to cater a party: tables, chairs, tents, decorations, linen, bar service.
